We recently partnered with “The American Dream,” and we can’t wait to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the real estate process.

You may notice that today’s video looks a bit different. Rather than filming from my office, I thought I would introduce you to the new studio for our video shoots.

We are coming to you from the set of “The American Dream,” a local San Diego TV show produced by our friend, Craig Sewing.

The mission of “The American Dream” is to empower, educate, and inform the public and consumers. The show covers a variety of topics from politics to finances to real estate, which is where I come in.

“The American Dream” airs weekdays at 10:30 a.m. on Cox Channel 4. Once a month, I come in to talk about real estate and other topics that are relevant to the market today.

Even if you’ve been through the process a million times, I know you’ll learn something new.

Our upcoming series of videos will focus on a behind-the-scenes look at the real estate process. I’ve had a number of clients come to us and talk about past transactions. They usually say something along the lines of, “I’m not sure exactly how it worked, but I signed a bunch of paperwork and now I own a home.”

There is so much more that goes into the process. It’s not all on the agent at the helm of the ship navigating you through the process—there are a lot of other vendors, businesses, and affiliates involved in the process.

Our intention is to really educate you on how this process works. Even if you have been through it a million times, I’m sure you’ll learn something new.

We want you to be educated and empowered when making decisions about the most expensive purchase—or sale—of an asset that you will make in your lifetime.

If you have any other questions about real estate in the meantime, just give me a call or send me an email. I would be happy to help you!
